The weather in Penang were damn hot for the past few weeks. I can sweat immediately right after my shower. As i am working in air-con lab, the changes from cold environment to hot environment after return from work really make me sick.
I started my work again this monday after 2 weeks long holidays and forced leave. I was busied for the past few days and only slept 4 hours aa day. This condition coupled with the hot temperature made me sick again. I have running nose ans sneeze the whole day. Shit.....
